ACTUS 9000
Actus 9000 Dental Unit from J. Morita Corporation, headquartered in Japan. The Actus 9000 dental unit contains priority circuits in their handpiece operation system to ensure that two handpieces do not work simultaneously for safety reasons.
In additional, surrounding area is on hygiene, the unit's light head handles are detachable and autoclavable. The unit's lighting system is sensor-based, its lights are turned on and off automatically. The dental units's drain cut filter is designed on the outside of the spittoon unit for easy access in daily maintenance and cleaning.

We ensure that all instruments are individually vacuum packed and autoclaved for complete sterilization
Dental instruments and handpieces are strictly sterilized for every patient. The modern dental unit has an infection control system. The use of disposable dental materials prevents their reuse on other patients. All mentioned are provided for prevention of cross infection between patients. We carry out careful and painless procedures for the patients comfort and confidence.
Dental professionals are exposed to a wide variety of microorganisms in the blood and saliva of patients. The microorganisms may cause infectious diseases. The use of effective infection control procedures and universal precautions in Dental Hospital will prevent cross contamination that could extend to patients, dentist, dental office staff and dental technicians.
VACUUMES AUTOCLAVE UNIT
Under the international standard, strict aseptic techniques are used in Patong Smile Dental dental clinic. All instruments will be sterilized by autoclaving and chemical sterilization and packed in the vacuum sac individually and be opened
in the presence of every patient.
We are now using an autoclaving machine, a dental sterilizer that processes instruments faster and more effectively than ever before. In autoclaving, instruments (which are first cleaned, dried, and placed in a special steam-penetrable wrap), are subjected to pressurized steam for 15 to 20 minutes. The instruments are then left in their protective packaging until they are needed.
SPECIALIZED AUTOCLAVE UNIT FOR CLINICAL HANDPIECES
The MELAquick12 unit from Melag, Germany is an autoclave unit designed specially for the sterilization of dental handpieces, contra-angles, and turbines.
The MELAquick12 operates with a single-use (non-reusable) water system. The system operates according to the advanced principle of external steam generation disinfecting dental instruments on the inside where it is most important.
SEALING MACHINE AND STERILE STORAGE
Sterile storage is an essential link in the hygiene chain. Between removal from the authoclave and their next use, sterilized items must be stored so as to be protected from contamination. The sterilization packages are specially designed for steam sterilization and protecting micro-organisms.
Our impulse auto-sealer machine is used to seal instruments into the sterile storage packages before sterilizing them in an autoclave. The autosealer device applies precise sealing pressure to produce optimal sealing seams. The packages are then autoclaved by our pre-vacuumed autoclave units in viewpacks for each patient and dated for reference.
